Takes a matrix and apply cyclic loess normalization. It is based in normalize.loess from package affy but supports NA.
注意到矩阵和申请循环黄土标准化。它是基于在从包affy normalize.loess但支持不适用。


用法----------Usage----------


  normalize.loess(mat, subset = sample(1dim(mat)[1]),
    min(c(5000,        nrow(mat)))), epsilon = 10^-2, maxit = 1, log.it = TRUE,
        verbose = FALSE, span = 2/3, family.loess = "symmetric", weights = NULL)



参数----------Arguments----------

参数：mat
a matrix with columns containing the values of the chips to normalize.
用含有芯片的值标准化列的矩阵。


参数：subset
a subset of the data to fit a loess to.
适合黄土到的数据的一个子集。


参数：epsilon
a tolerance value (supposed to be a small value - used as a stopping criterium).
公差值（应该是一个很小的值 - 作为停止绕圈）。


参数：maxit
maximum number of iterations.
最大迭代次数。


参数：log.it
logical. If TRUE it takes the log2 of mat
逻辑。如果TRUEmat的的log2


参数：verbose
logical. If TRUE displays current pair of chip being worked on.
逻辑。 TRUE如果显示芯片的电流对工作。


参数：span
parameter to be passed the function loess
参数被传递函数loess


参数：family.loess
parameter to be passed the function loess. "gaussian" or "symmetric" are acceptable values for this parameter.

a vector of weights for the individual measurements.
