Simulated spatial adjacency matrix with 100 regions on 10x10 grid, where entry (i,j) is 1 if region i is a neighbor of region j and 0 else.
模拟与100个区域的10×10的网格，其中条目（ⅰ，j）的空间邻接矩阵是1，如果区域i的区域j和0，否则是邻居。
