regressResult object is generally created from the regress function See regress

插槽----------Slots----------




ID: contains probe ID/gene ID
ID:包含探针ID /基因身份证




foldChange: contains fold change value
foldChange:包含倍的变化值




FValue: contains F statistics
FValue:F统计




pValue: contains p value
pValue:包含p值




adjPVal: contains adjusted p value
adjPVal:包含调整p值




contrast: contains class "contrastMatrix"
contrast:含有类"contrastMatrix"




regressionMethod: contains regression method: "limma", "regression",
regressionMethod:包含回归的方法:“limma”,“回归”




adjustment: contains method for multiple comparison adjustment
adjustment:包含多重比较调整方法




significantIndex: contains a logical index indicating sigificant genes
significantIndex:含有逻辑指标sigificant基因的




significantPvalueCutoff: contains a cutoff p-value for choosing significant genes
significantPvalueCutoff:包含一个显著的基因选择截止p值




significantFCCutoff: contains a fold change cutoff value for choosing significant genes
