参数----------Arguments----------

参数：d
numeric dates in the form YYMMDDHHMM.
数字日期的形式YYMMDDHHMM。


参数：YMDHMnames
(column) names to be used for the result.
（列）命名要用于结果。


值----------Value----------

a numeric matrix (or vector) with 5 columns containing the year, month, etc.
数字矩阵（或向量）与5列包含年，月，等


注意----------Note----------

MM: This is a wrong concept, and also suffers from the “millenium bug” (by using only 2 digits for the year).
