参数----------Arguments----------

参数：country
Either NULL or a character containing a 2-letters code for the selected country (e.g. 'JP')
NULL或者是一个字符包含2个字母的代码为选定的国家（例如，“JP”）


值----------Value----------

A data.frame containing either the names and iso_codes of the countries exposed by the APIs or the names, latitudes and longitudes of the cities of the selected country
数据框的“名称和iso_codes的国家所公开的API或名称，纬度和经度所选国家的城市
