描述----------Description----------

This data set was generated using a circadian clock regulatory network ODE model after which noise was added. The data was simulated using COPASI, subsampled to produce hourly data and after this the log was caluclated.  Further to this, four replicates were produced by adding student noise.
该数据集生成使用后，噪声增加了生物钟基因调控网络的微分方程模型。数据进行了模拟使用COPASI，二次取样产生的每小时雨量数据，这之后的logcaluclated。此外，这4个重复产生加入学生噪声。
