用法----------Usage----------


topREACTOME.PATHGenes(x, catTerm = TRUE, keepID=TRUE, geneSymbol = TRUE, ...)



参数----------Arguments----------

参数：x
a given GeneAnswers instance with REACTOME.PATH test  
一个给定的GeneAnswers例如REACTOME.PATH测试


参数：catTerm
logic value to determine whether mapping REACTOME.PATH IDs to REACTOME.PATH terms  
逻辑值，以确定是否映射REACTOME.PATH标识REACTOME.PATH条款


参数：keepID
logic, to determine whether keep REACTOME.PATH IDs
逻辑，以确定是否保持REACTOME.PATH标识


参数：geneSymbol
logic value to determine whether mapping gene Entrez IDs to gene symbols
