参数----------Arguments----------

参数：rules
The identifiers of the rules to toggle
切换规则的标识符


参数：active
Whether to activate or deactivate the rules
是否激活或停用的规则


参数：ent_type
The entity type of the metadata being filtered by the rules
实体类型的元数据被过滤规则
