参数----------Arguments----------

参数：path
A regression coefficient or loading matrix  
回归系数或载荷矩阵


参数：var.iv
The variances of variables corresponding to the columns  
的列相对应的变量的方差


参数：var.dv
The variances of variables corresponding to the rows  
行对应的变量的方差


值----------Value----------

Return TRUE if the target regression coefficient matrix is good.
返回TRUE如果的目标回归系数矩阵是好的。
