参数----------Arguments----------

参数：x
An instance of "CNVDetectionResult"
“CNVDetectionResult”的一个实例


参数：which
The index of the CNV region to be plotted.
要绘制的CNV区域指数。


参数：margin
Vector of two positive integers that states how many segments left and right of the CNV region should be included in the plot. Default = c(10,10).
两个正整数，多少段留下的CNV区域权的向量，应包括在图。默认值= C（10,10）。


参数：toFile
Logical value whether the output should be plotted to a file. Default = FALSE.
输出是否应该被绘制到一个文件中的逻辑值。默认= FALSE。

Generates a CNV calling plot.
生成一个CNV的通话图。
