参数----------Arguments----------

参数：data
The observed data.  
所观察到的数据。


参数：nrep
The number of bootstrap repetitions.  
自举重复的数目。


参数：property
The property to be computed. Must be a descendant of SPCproperty.  
属性来计算。必须是的后代SPCproperty。


参数：covprob
The coverage probability of the adjustment.  
概率范围的调整。

An object of type SPCpropertyres.
