参数----------Arguments----------

参数：n
The number of iterations of the Metropolis sampler.
的Metropolis采样的数目的迭代。


参数：alpha
The tuning parameter of the sampler. The innovations of the sampler are of the form U(-alpha,alpha).
调整参数的取样。创新的采样形式U（α，α）。


值----------Value----------

An R vector containing the output of the sampler.
包含的输出的采样的R矢量。
