描述----------Description----------

This function loads extension functions to make them available to an RSQLite database connection.  The databse connection needs to have been created by passing loadable.extensions = TRUE to dbConnect (this is the default as of RSQLite 0.9-1).
该函数用于加载扩展功能，使他们提供到一个RSQLite的数据库连接。数据库对连接需要通过loadable.extensions = TRUEdbConnect（这是默认的RSQLite 0.9-1）已创建。
