portsort puts the points or inequalities into an increasing order   according to the following criteria:  <ol> right hand sides of inequalities or equations
portsort把点或不平等现象增加的顺序，根据以下准则：<OL>的右手边的不等式或方程组

frequency  of the values -5 .. -1, 1 .. 5
频率的值-5 .. -1，1 .. 5

lexicographical order </ol>
按字典顺序</ OL>
