When procecessing genotypes with the crlmm, confidence scores for the diallelic genotype calls are available.  One can estimate the emission probabilities for the crlmm diallelic genotypes using the confidence scores by setting the value of ICE to TRUE in the constructor for the HmmOptionList class.  Currently, only certain platforms are supported for this option.
当procecessingcrlmm基因型，信心分数的diallelic基因型分型。一个可以使用的信心分数crlmm diallelic基因型的发射概率估计设置ICE值HmmOptionList类的构造，为TRUE。目前，只有特定的平台都支持此选项。
