The current values of hgu95aphis are estimated from Affymetrix spike-in data sets. It was loaded in the method "mmgmos".
的hgu95aphis当前值估计穗在数据集从Affymetrix公司。它装载的方法"mmgmos"。

hgu95aphis[1:3] is respectively the mode, mean and variance of the log normal distribution  of φ, and hgu95aphis[1] is also the intial value of φ in the model optimisation.
hgu95aphis [1:3]分别是模式，logφ，并hgu95aphis的正态分布均值和方差[1]是也φ的初值在模型优化。
