Objects can be created by calls of the form  new("filter",name,tfname, top,evalueMax, lengthMax, valid).
创建对象可以通过检测的形式 new("filter",name,tfname, top,evalueMax, lengthMax, valid)。

name A name or a list of names.
命名的名称或名称的列表。




tfname A transcription factor name or a list of TF names.
tfname转录因子名称或TF的名称列表。




evalueMax An e-value between 0 and 1.
evalueMax一封值0和1之间。




top Defined the depth of the filter.
顶部定义过滤器的深度。




lengthMax The maximum motif length.
lengthMax最大的主题长度。




valid The alignment that should be considered as valid.
有效，应考虑为有效的对齐方式。
