绘制一个DataMatrix二维或ExpressionSet对象的密度分布


用法----------Usage----------


plotDensity(dataMatrix, logMode=TRUE, addLegend=TRUE, legendPos="topright", subset = NULL, ...)



参数----------Arguments----------

参数：dataMatrix
a data matrix or ExpressionSet object  
数据矩阵或ExpressionSet对象


参数：logMode
determine whether the CDF plot is based on a log2 scale  
确定是否CDF曲线基础上的log2规模


参数：addLegend
whether add legend to the plot or not  
是否添加传奇的图或不


参数：legendPos
the position of the legend. If its length is two, then it specifies the x and y location of legend.  
传说中的位置。如果它的长度是两个，那么它指定的传说中的x和y的位置。


参数：subset
plot subset of randomly selected rows. All data will be plotted if it is NULL.  
随机选择的行的积子集。如果它是NULL，所有数据都将绘制。

additional parameters for matplot function  
matplot函数的附加参数
