This class defines a global constraint when a part of the motif is partially known.

Objects can be created by calls of the form   new('subMotifCon',<br>     submotif      = ...., # Object of class \code{character}<br>     minfreq       = ...., # Object of class \code{numeric}<br>   ) or by:   makeSubMotifCon(<br>     submotif      = ...., # Object of class \code{character}<br>     minfreq       = ...., # Object of class \code{numeric} indicates the lower bound for the nucleotide frequencies in order for the submotif to be considered as contained within the motif.The nucleotide frequencies are determined from the estinmated position weight matrix.<br>   )
对象可以创建形式  new('subMotifCon',参考    submotif      = ...., # Object of class \code{character}参考    minfreq       = ...., # Object of class \code{numeric}参考  )或检测:  makeSubMotifCon(参考     submotif      = ...., # Object of class \code{character}参考    minfreq       = ...., # Object of class \code{numeric} indicates the lower bound for the nucleotide frequencies in order for the submotif to be considered as contained within the motif.The nucleotide frequencies are determined from the estinmated position weight matrix.参考  )

minfreq:"numeric"类对象表示较低被视为在序所载submotif核苷酸频率的约束。从estinmated位置权重矩阵的核苷酸频率确定。
