参数----------Arguments----------

参数：N
number of nodes  
的节点数量


参数：directed
logical indicator of directedness; TRUE=>directed FALSE=>undirected  
TRUE =>定向FALSE =>无向逻辑指标directedness;


参数：Y
input adjacency matrix  
输入邻接矩阵


值----------Value----------

A matrix of the non-edges with N^2-NE rows and 2 columns  where NE is the number of edges.
用N ^ 2-NE的行和2列，其中，NE是的边的数目的非边缘A矩阵。
