The package contains functions to perform various models and methods for test equating. It currently implements the Kernel Method of Equating using the "traditional" Gaussian kernel and also nonstandard alternative kernels such as the logistic and uniform. More kernels will be implemented in the near future as well as other nonstandard methods of equating. Functions to obtain both standard error of  equating (SEE) and standard error of equating difference between two equating functions (SEED) are also implmented.
该软件包包含函数来进行测验等值的各种模型和方法。目前，它实现了等同采用的“传统”高斯内核和非标准替代内核，例如MF和统一的核方法。在不久的将来以及其他非标准方法等同将实施更多的内核。也implmented函数来获得等同两个标准误差（SEE）和等同两个等值函数（SEED）之间的差异的标准误差。
