Dissimilarity matrix of 15 kinship terms and data frame with the following external scales:

Gender (1 = male, 2 = female, 9 = missing)
性别（1 =男，2女，9 =失踪）

Generation (-2 = two back, -1 = one back, 0 = same generation, 1 = one ahead, 2 = two ahead)
代（-1 -2 =两回，一回，0 =同代人，1 =提前2 = 2领先）

Degree (1 = first, 2 = second, 3 = third, 4 = fourth)
度（1 =第一，2秒，3 = 3，4 =第四）
