描述----------Description----------

This function is used to calculate the correlation matrix \bm{Σ}^{*} for n-stage selection in plant breeding. It is assumed that the genetic structure of the candidates to be selected are genetically fixed, e.g., potential cultivars, clones, inbred lines or testcross progenies of inbred lines with the same or different testers in all stages.
这个函数是用来计算相关矩阵\bm{Σ}^{*}n阶选择在植物育种。据推测，被选中的候选人基因的遗传结构固定的，例如，潜力品种，无性系，自交系或相同或不同的测试人员在各个阶段自交系测交后代的。

multistagecor(V, L,Rep,index, coe)



参数----------Arguments----------

参数：V
is the vector of variance components.

is the vector of locations at each stages.

参数：Rep
  is the vector of replicates R at each stage. The values are all equal to one by default.

is the control parameter. If it equals TRUE, the optimal selection index (longin2007) will be used in the calculation.

is the control parameter. If it equals TRUE (as default) and index equals TRUE, the coefficient of the optimal selection index will be given as an output. In other situations, there will be no output.
