This global reputable Pharma headquartered in Euro, has over 142 affiliates in 50 countries and more than 41,500 employees. This reputable Pharma Company building up their R&D center in Shanghai, China and now looking for Associate Director of Biometrics to help set up their team.
This role will help building up the Biometrics team and leading both Biostatistician and Statistical programming, Will participate in development of effective working relationship with key investigators in assigned therapy area to optimize scientific quality/innovation of clinical study design, execution, reporting and publication.
Successful candidate must have Ph. D degree with at least 7 years experience in Biostatistician and 2+ years experience in leading projects. Must fluent in both Chinese and English.
