This function determines which values in a numeric vector are above or below user supplied cut-offs.
此函数确定数字矢量重视高于或低于用户提供的截止取舍。


用法----------Usage----------


maTop(x, h=1, l=1)



参数----------Arguments----------

参数：x
A "numeric" vector.
一个“数字”的向量。


参数：h
A "numeric", upper cut-off.
一个“数字”，上切断。


参数：l
A "numeric", lower cut-off.
一个“数字”，降低切断。


值----------Value----------

A "logical" vector indicating which entries are above or below the cut-offs.
“逻辑”的向量，显示条目高于或低于截止取舍。
