参数----------Arguments----------

参数：x
a vector represents x values  
向量表示x值


参数：y
a vector represents y values  
向量表示y值


参数：newX
the new values to be transformed. If not provided, "x" will be used.  
新的价值观进行改造。如果不提供，将用于“X”。


参数：nKnots
parameter used by function smoothCon in package mgcv  
参数功能smoothCon包mgcv


参数：ifPlot
determine whether to plot intermediate results  
决定是否要绘制的中间结果
