getNamedElement(vector, name)



参数----------Arguments----------

参数：vector
A named vector of any data type  
命名为向量的任何数据类型


参数：name
Wanted name   
通缉名称


值----------Value----------

The elements with the given name, 'NA' in case no one was found
具有给定名称的元素，“不适用”的情况下没有人被发现
