This function renames duplicated strings by adding their number of occurrences at the end.

用法----------Usage----------


rename.duplicate(x, sep = "_", verbose = FALSE)



参数----------Arguments----------

参数：x
vector of strings.  
字符串向量。


参数：sep
a character to be the separator between the number added at the end and the string itself.  
数量之间的分隔字符结束字符串本身。


参数：verbose
TRUE to print informative messages, FALSE otherwise.  
TRUE打印翔实的消息，FALSE否则。

参数：new.x
new strings (without duplicates).  
新的字符串（不重复）。


参数：duplicated.x
strings which were originally duplicated.  
原本被复制的字符串。
