Function to retrieve specified category IDs containing given genes.

用法----------Usage----------


getCategoryList(geneVector, lib, categoryType)



参数----------Arguments----------

参数：geneVector
an Entrez gene IDs vector  
Entrez基因标识矢量


参数：lib
annotation library to be used to retrieve categories terms.  
注释库，可以用来检索类别方面。


参数：categoryType
type of category  
类类型

The current version only supports Bioconductor team maintained annotation libraries, like 'org.Bt.eg.db', 'org.Ce.eg.db', 'org.Cf.eg.edu', 'org.Dm.eg.db', 'org.Dr.eg.db', 'org.EcK12.eg.db', 'org.EcSakai.eg.db', 'org.Gg.eg.db', 'org.Hs.eg.db', 'org.Mm.eg.db', 'org.Rn.eg.db' and 'org.Ss.eg.db'.
当前版本只支持Bioconductor团队保持注释库，像org.Bt.eg.db“，”org.Ce.eg.db，org.Cf.eg.edu“，”org.Dm.eg.db ，org.Dr.eg.db，org.EcK12.eg.db，org.EcSakai.eg.db，org.Gg.eg.db，org.Hs.eg.db ，org.Mm.eg.db，org.Rn.eg.db和org.Ss.eg.db“。
