最近刚刚投一篇文章，编辑总说我PCA分析不对，怎么分析都不能够满足编辑的要求，崩溃……
编辑问题：I have refused to accept other PCA figures where it is a bi plot. It is not clear enough. Please plot the two items separately – the eigenvectors in (a) – label accordingly and the scores in (b). Labels must go in the upper left of the parts of the figure.
貌似是要求将协变量和主成分分开，一共就两个变量，一个是物种数量，一个是处理水平，怎么分？
求高手帮忙解答！！！！
